It's humbling to see where I fit into this world of emerging Yoga. I mean, many yogis are being incarnated into the Western World. Many of them are so astute, it is awesome and invigorating!
My guru advises me to no longer think along "East and West" differentiation, but my old habits die hard. I still see distinct east meets west differences online and in the yoga studios of my swampy homeland here in Georgia, USA.

I am grateful for being incarnated into this wet land and trust my sovereign lord to use me wisely.

Workshops & Retreats
One of the blessings of my life has been the opportunity to host visitors to this damp and humid oasis of chirping life. We have the smallest critters of the animal world holding sway over us. The mosquito, the leech and the tiny ants.

Compare that to the tantalizing animals of the Sarangetti, the rhinoceros , the elephant and the lion. But I have learned to respect the small parts of the creator's overall diversity of life. I have learned to honor the tiniest animals as fairies of the garden and me as their humble stewardess, whenever possible.
Speaking
I am an avid speaker, much t my husbands distress. No, really, he enjoys it and I am glad for his big ears, for they listen well. That being said, I am a public speaker as well. I love talking to groups and thank them for listening. It is always and honor to speak, whatever the topic.

Corporate Training
I've been blessed to be a corporate training partner for some of the best units in the business. It was always more of a learning experience for me than I could have imagined. Each time I have participated, I have gained a vast appreciation for the work that goes into making a corporate team work successfully. For that I give thanks!
